Dare you say, ANOTHER new book?

Of course!! Here is my newest book titled TYPE: Four seasons of thought in poems and prose.

When photographer Magdalena Lily McCarson moved to a very small town in New Mexico, she also found a repairman for her 1948 Remington typewriter. She then set out to write something on that typewriter every day for a year: “I would allow a word to arrive,” she writes in the Introduction, “and I would write about that particular word. Living in New Mexico, I knew I would have plenty of material, but little did I know what was in store for all of us entering that year.

“This book is a 366-day collection of thoughts, wordplay, reflections, meditations, observations, emotions, and oddities of a year in my life. It’s random, no doubt. You might love this project, or you may ask yourself, ‘Why the hell did I buy this?’

“I can tell you this: you may laugh, you may cry, you may question, and you may dream along with me. We all have thoughts and expressions, and I hope you will connect with these daily entries.”

This edition is the exquisite limited first printing. Run on heavyweight 70# paper with an embossed and textured felt-paper cover, printed and perfect bound in New Mexico. Featuring interior artwork by Abelworks.
